Dr Jacques FADHILI joins the team of medical specialists at HEAL Africa Hospital: efforts rewarded

Saturday, December 17, 2022, Dr. Jacques FADHILI BAKE receives his diploma upon completion of his specialization in general surgery in Ethiopia, Soddo Christian Hospital. This crowning achievement compensates for his study efforts started in 2016 at HEAL Africa Hospital, Goma, in the COSECSA (College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa) program.

It was after passing the MCS-COSECSA component (Membership of the College of Surgeons) at HEAL Africa, Goma, that he went to Ethiopia to complete 5 years of specialization in general surgery, in the PAACS (Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons) program. This path led him to Namibia where he successfully passed the second part of his training, the FCS-COSECSA component (Fellowship of the College of Surgeons).

Having met all the requirements and passed the final exam of the Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons, Dr. Jacques has had two graduations, the first with the COSECSA program in Namibia, Windhoek on December 07th, and the second with the PAACS program in Ethiopia, Soddo. PAACS is a program accredited by Loma Linda University of the USA.

The completion of his training gives Dr. Jacques the qualification of specialist in general surgery, which makes him an important asset who will join the team of medical specialists at HEAL Africa Hospital, Goma, in January 2023.
